Descriptive Analysis
Ai deploy a variety of analysis techniques to help you understand who your customers are. These range from profiling to provide straightforward descriptions of your customers, correspondence analysis to understand where your customers fit in with your overall marketplace, all the way through to providing a full segmentation of your customer base.

Exploratory Data Analysis
In most cases the most appropriate information for analysis already exists within the customer database. Exploratory data analysis can identify that information and unlock its value.

Often data is held across multiple databases or is simply hard to interpret. By joining this data together, summarising information, classifying information into groups and combining information to build derived variables such as wealth or spending habits, Ai can reveal more about your customers.

Targeting and Behavioural Prediction
