Communisis, the UK's leading provider of marketing communications and print services, has further highlighted the importance of data-driven services to the organisation's growth strategy through the appointment of a new Sales Director for its Intelligence Driven Communication business.  Dimitrios Kyprianou has been promoted to the role from his previous position as Head of Consultancy, and will report directly into IDC head and Communisis Executive Director Alistair Blaxill.

Kyprianou has been with Communisis for seven years and has been involved in a range of projects during this time; including the implementation of an enterprise-wide workflow management system for a major high street bank, the provision of group-wide consultancy and support for effective communication targeting, and the successful management of complex business change programmes.  He was also Relationship Director responsible for Centrica.  Kyprianou's appointment brings with it more than 12 years experience as a service provider specialising in customer relationship marketing, and the use of IT systems and data analytics to drive customer communications. 

The creation of the Communisis' IDC business is in direct response to ongoing demand from the market for access to a truly integrated, channel neutral, marketing approach.  It now possesses the skills, expertise and technology needed to deliver this to its clients.  The management team has been working to bring together technology, business process expertise and consultancy capability in order to create Intelligence Driven Communication - the delivery of targeted and personalised communications through the combination of data analysis, document composition technology and a multi-channel delivery capability.
